French Model 1833 Naval Boarding Knife

#420022

$129.95

WWI M1916 "Avenger" French Fighting Knife

#420023
This dagger was often dubbed "Le Vengeur de 1870" (The Avenger of 1870). The blade design inspired the US M1918 Trench Knife and the design was simple and practical enough to last into WWII.
$79.95

Spetsnaz Style Survival Machete / Chopper

#404532
This modern update takes the original Soviet special ops design and improves the functionality. The original had a hollow, squarish plastic handle to store matches and the like, but made the knife incredibly tip heavy and hard to use. This version has a full profile tang and contoured hardwood scales for superior comfort and balance. And the original blade was made from super-hard steel so the knife could be used as a pry-bar but was next to impossible to sharpen. Modern carbon steel makes this updated blade easier to give a fresh edge.

$99.95

WWI Trench Mace

#601043

Review of: WWI Trench Mace

What a brutal tool - I love it. It is very well made and I think it would hold up in battle well too. Between the hefty weight of it and the end piece,  I wonder how effective it was on an enemy wearing a helmet. Any poor soul not wearing a helmet would have been down permanently with the first blow. It is going on my wall of classic weapons.

Review of: WWI Trench Mace

This thing is solid and well made. This is a real weapon that you could use to hit things with . It isn't just a showpiece. Granted if you start hitting rocks or something it might damage it but for it's intended use it is the real deal. It is a straight up murder stick. It varies from the original in that the handle is round and somewhat wide rather than oval like a hammer, and the cog is fitted from the front end rather than sliding up the handle so it could be removed like the originals. This cog is fixed with what appears to be a steel pin that is fitted all the way through the cog. It isn't going anywhere it seems very secure and well constructed. The handle is 17" long and 1-1/4" in diameter. The cog is 2-3/4" in diameter and just over 1-1/2' in height. It weighs 2.4 pounds and is labeled as made in India. I couldn't be happier with my WW1 Trench Mace. It is awesome.
