OVERVIEW
This is a faithful reproduction of a WWII era shoulder holster, but it can still be used today. Designed to fit 1911 style guns, it also fits Beretta 92, full-size Glocks, and similar guns. Made from top-grain leather finished in a warm brown color. Black finished metal hardware. Will fit XXL size guys. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts.

In the Marine Corps we did not wear the M7 as pictured. We found it much more comfortable to wear the upper strap over our left shoulder, that placed the pistol back under the armpit and took the strain off the right shoulder.

The holster in terms of how it fits a 1911 series handgun is good. The stitching and leather are of good quality. Snaps are fine as well. The straps are questionable due to lack of a good system to allow a secure fit. I immediately stitched the straps to cause them to lay flat. The buckles on the straps are just not able to secure properly. All in all, a 6-7 on the '10' scale.
