OVERVIEW
The M16 A1 was the standard military rifle from the early 1960s through the mid-1980s. The M16A1 replaced the M14 and M1 Carbine. Variations continue to be used today by military forces around the world. This reproduction has mostly metal construction with some plastic parts.
A very good replica and important collectible in U. S. firearms development, this non-firing rifle has a removable magazine and working trigger mechanism.
