Trainer Bokken Wakizashi

To go from merely a good swordsman to a great one required practice and a lot of it. To do this safely the Japanese used wooden training swords called bokkens.  Although still used effectively today they could split, crack, splinter and warp if the elements or training overburdened the wood, which could be expensive.

Cold Steel has come up with a great alternative using the heaviest commercial grade polypropylene available they found that could mimic the size, weight and feel of a real sword with none of the drawbacks of wood. Nearly impervious to the elements, cut resistant, virtually unbreakable and very stiff, this bokken will last for years.
