These iconic words engraved on the blade define this historic sword replica. The creed of the Knights Templar - Nothing for us, Lord, nothing for us but for the glory of thy name - marked their illustrious and sometimes infamous 200-year military influence. This magnificent sword named The Accolade would have been a sword worthy of the Grand Master to knight a loyal member into this holy order.
The best metalsmiths from Windlass Steelcrafts have spent hours on each blade, hand forging the high carbon steel for optimal balance, quickness, and durability. The pommel features a highly detailed Templar coin on each side with Latin inscription and the symbols that have grown synonymous with the Templar Order, while the grip is hand-wrapped with a rich genuine red leather with a wire over-wrap.
The sword includes a custom, matching wooden scabbard covered in top-grain, heavy-duty leather, and a period belt with solid metal fittings. Comes factory sharp.

The Accolade
This sword is truly stunning, a remarkable piece of art. I couldn’t believe my eyes as I unboxed it. The cost of this piece is like paying for a Mini Cooper but driving away in a Ferrari. Guns of this quality cost thousands of dollars, plus the cost of ammo. You may display your guns, but to display this type of quality and craftsmanship is a must! My sincere thanks to Atlanta cutlery. And I just had to order the matching dagger. Merry Christmas to me!

Templar Accolade sword
This is an impressive sword. I'm very pleased with the quality of this product . The blade is sharp (I ordered it sharpened). It's a well balanced considering its size and weight . The belt and scabbard are beautiful , and the leather is of excellent quality . The blade appears to be heat treated properly. It has that nice bell like sound when struck with another hard piece of steel . It's beautiful!
