SS Dagger
Really a great replica SS dagger for the money. Passes the 3 foot test. Far superior to the other replicas out there. Only glaring inaccuracy’s are the top nut, and the lack of a maker engraving on the obverse side of the blade, and the blade contour. But a more accurate custom copy is in the $1000 range, so this is very nice!

Great Replica
The replica WWII Waffen SS M33 dagger sold by Atlanta Cutlery is a very good replica of the real thing. It is finely made, and replicates the original Dagger in all its glory. This dagger is much talked about by those people who are interested in WWII memorabilia. The handle and other parts of the dagger duplicate this dagger exceptionally well. I have added it to may growing collection.

Great store
Happy overall with the dagger although there are some small things like a gap around the eagle on the handle and tip of the scabbard is not a tight fit. Overall for the price compared to a real one I'd say some of that is to be expected. Atlanta cutlery however was great to deal with, prompt and sent it packaged very securely. I'm impressed with the range of the items they have.

This is the first Windlass item I have ever returned. The sheath is good, and the handle and guards are fine. However, the blade seems a bit flimsy--too thin, and the etched letters are quite shallow. Also, the eagle and rune inlays are crude zinc castings with poor detail. I admit I haven't handled an original, but I remember how the old Collector's Armory ones looked years ago (Japanese made, I believe), and they looked a lot better than this, I am sorry to say. I expected better from Windlass.
