This red Damascus katana is eye catching and one of the most attractive katanas we’ve seen in a while. Features a very unique and, dare we say, stylish Damascus steel blade that has been colored a stunning coppery red color. Features real ray skin grip and traditional cotton wrap with antique metal parts. Tsuba is solid metal, looks like old iron and has two distinct pictures of nature on each side accented with gold and silver. Includes wooden, lacquered saya and cotton sword bag.

I love the blade.. the handle is kinda cheap.

I’m going to get mine reworked at the Amish sword smith I know..

This is an entry level damascus sword made by Ten Ryu (Master Cutlery). The sword is fairly well-made with a sharp blade which arrived nicely oiled. The damascus pattern is more visible here than on most other swords of the type. The only drawback to this sword is the handle; it is obviously plastic and will probably break with any serious use. The scabbard is alsi plastic but fits well. The sword bag is basic; not padded but it works. Overall a good entry level sword.
