Fantasy Swords

Fantasy swords and fantasy weapons are your standard weapons taken up a notch. So much so, many are considered works of art or metal sculpture. Pop culture has helped greatly fuel these amazing pieces. Inspiration is taken from the works of JRR Tolkien, Robert Jordan, Brent Weeks, RR Martin, Frank Frazetta, Edgar Rice Burroughs and more contemporary designers like Kit Rae and our own design team. The Lord of the Rings and Hobbit, Highlander, Last Samurai, Walking Dead and so many others feature fantasy versions of swords which have inspired so many artists. Myth and legend have their place also with the likes of Excalibur, Kusanagi, Wonder Woman, Robin Hood, Princess Bride Inigo and the Dread Pirate Roberts, Durandal, Three Musketeers, Don Quiote, Chronicles of Narnia, John Carter of Mars, and Kingdom of Heaven.

They start in reality and quickly become a work of art in the right hands. Our fantasy swords call on elves, orcs, ogres, dragons plus great warriors, mythical kings to capture the fierce, passionate nature of these beings.

Collecting these spectacular swords has grown over the years and if you want sci-fi, legendary, horror, or even gothic swords Atlanta Cutlery (ACC) is your source. We sell many different brands of fantasy swords, ranging from makers such as Kit Rae, United CutleryMaster Cutlery, JALIC and Windlass Steelcrafts.

We feature items from Assassin’s Creed, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, Hobbit, Conan, Death Dealer, The Vikings, 47 Ronin, King Arthur and his knights of the round table and others. Often made from high grade stainless steel or high carbon steel with metal fittings and leather and wood accents, they employ many of the same materials as their historical counterparts. They are in many cases not only beautiful, but fully functional works of art.

Well balanced, fit and finish are perfect, razor sharp.. Considering the price, this is the best blade I've ever acquired and I highly recommend it!

Review of: Honshu Broadsword

I have all 3 versions of this sword. The one depicted here, which is 1060 steel. The Midnight Forge versions, which 1065  And the Damascus, which i believe is 1045 & 1095. All have approx 33" blades and are approx 43" inch in overall length. They are all very tough, very durable swords, and hold a wicked sharp edge, especially the Damascus, which is a straight up BEAST, and easily the best of the 3. For as durable as they are tho, they are not indestructible, so if you abuse them when you use them, and don't properly care for the steel, they won't last. But this is simply an all around outstanding sword, and you won't find a better functional sword for the price.

Review of: Damascus Talon

A strong blade with nice handle details. Leather sheath is heavy duty. The handle finish is slick, but the knife is so good I shouldn't complain. The Damascus pattern looks great and the blade came sharp.

Review of: Damascus Talon

Full tang blade is a work of art that is beautifully balanced made with comfort of a great reliable weapon, just wish the Damascus etching went all the way into the handle

Review of: Damascus Talon

I finally received this after it having been out of stock for months. It IS aesthetically pleasing. I would love if the Damascus pattern were visible around the entire length of the tang. It feels very solid and fairly heavy for a blade of this length, but it stands to reason since the spine is an average of 3/16 thick. Might be better if the handle were not so smooth.

Review of: Damascus Talon

A most excellent short sword, very well made, the Damascus steel is beautiful, the handle scales are simple but nice. Comes with a quality leather sheath. I highly recommend this long knife.

Review of: Damascus Talon

The Damascus Talon is a beautiful blade. It arrived functionally sharp with good fit and finish on both the knife and the sheath. The sheath is a tight fit, but still allows a quick draw if needed. The Damascus pattern is gorgeous, with nice contrast between the light and dark layers, and the grip has some welcome detailing in the brass pins and bone inserts.

A couple of minor changes could make this knife even better. The glossy finish on the grip is slippery, especially if it gets wet. I would recommend employing a lanyard in the hole provided if you're going to use this in the rain. The scales are flat, with a very short radius on the edges. More rounded handle scales would improve comfort and avoid potential hot spots from extended use.
