Chief of Ordnance, Gen. Alexander Dyer, came up with a cartridge box filling the need to carry ammo created by the Colt S.A. revolvers issued during the late 1800’s. The .45 cal. cartridges could be easily carried and accessed with this new design.
These replica Dyer Cartridge boxes have fleece lining to protect the ammo from rolling about too much. The flap is embossed with “US”. Genuine leather with brass hardware, these are fine replicas of a very rare US military item and come in your choice of black or brown.

Cartridge Box
Shipping was fast. But I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. It is made in Pakistan, and it is even poor quality for Pakistan! I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

How it looks and feels
The cartridge box is amazing on itself and in the inside felt soft, mind just had something in the inside that has one side feeling rough, it looks amazing and it fits with the Union Sword belt but other than that it's good.

Grapeshot
This cartridge box is well put together and holds a fair amount of ammo. However, I would have prefered the color to be a russet brown rather than the dark earth that it is.

Shipping good but I thought the quality of the product was poor for the price.
