This 1800s doctors knife design was used for cutting, counting, and crushing pills. This one is a little fancy, too, befitting a gentleman doctor of the period. This pocket knife has a nice Damascus blade, the brass liners have integral bolsters and are jimped all the way around, so this knife has no "worst side". The clover wood scales are laser filigreed with a spray of roses.
