This 19th century era knapsack is a great reproduction of the large waterproof knapsacks carried by Civil War troops. Our faithful replica is made of tarred canvas with leather straps just like the originals and has 2 main compartments, 13" x 17" and 12-1/2" x 15", so there is lots of storage.
