BhojPure Traditional Antique Kukri

Just received today - impressed with the condition and quality!  Awesome piece of history that I can use.

I’m honestly not one to leave reviews but, i am honestly impressed with this knives condition considering age. Super cool piece of history and didn't even get it hand picked for the extra 10 dollars worth ever penny

I ordered a hand select Bhojpure Kukri and it is very nice. It needs a little cleaning but not much. I am very pleased with the one I received. It was will worth paying the extra for hand select. The shipping was super fast. I will order more. Thanks.

This was my first purchase and expecting to get a moderate rate kukri, however seems like i  lucked out .very nice kukri with the dings and marks of a well used tool

I received both that I ordered and I am very pleased! I asked them to try to match the pair as close as possible, and they are so close to identical it's hard to see the slight difference in them. They are still sharp and could be used right now. I will order from y'all again.

Excellent knife. My only complaint is that the description did not specify whether or not it came with a scabbard. I made the assumption that it did based on descriptions of other knives specifically stating that they did NOT come with one. My knife did not come with one, so I had to order one separately and this does not fit my knife.

I just received my BhojPure Traditional Antique Kukri and was very pleased.  Even though the grip was cracked and had a small chip, the blade itself was phenomenal.  The blade is sharp, well-made, and has no rust.  Given its age, what I received was far better than what I expected.  I definitely recommend "hand select"!

Over the years I obtained 2 Bhojpure Antique Kukris.  Both are amazing pieces of history for the price.  The first was Hand Selected - and was in great condition given it's age.  The second I thought I'd risk it.  The blade had a crack and the handle was chipped.  It was on sale - so not the end of the world, still worth every penny.  But, definitely choose the Hand Select!

I received my BhojPure Kukri today and am thrilled.  It exceeds my best expectations.  So much so that I immediately, after cleaning, ordered the Longleaf Kukri.

This blade came to me in fantastic condition. The handle was solid and the blade still rings like a bell.  I've used this piece on wood and it's held up perfectly. I've polished the fullers and cutting edge and will have a sheath made soon. Using this old battle khukuri has taught me a lot about what traditionalkhukuri can really do. Outstanding.

Excellent  blade.  Plenty of character .  Gotta use some elbow grease to clean up and sharpen.     It has a small piece broken off handle but that just adds more character and does not affect usefulness.

A knife loses its ability to capture your soul if it  dulls and rusts.Clean it up and you'll be happy with this knife

Excellent piece; the Bhojpure was even better than I expected.  Delivery was quick, packaging was well-padded and secure.

Pretty much as described. Was coated in grease.  Had a very small nick on blade. A very wonderful item. looking at ordering more new ones.

My Nepal knife arrived today Wow What a weapon! Cleaned up great even found traces of ID on Handle heal.

I paid extra for the hand select.  Knowing that these have been for sale since 2003-2004 I was concerned on what condition the kukri would be in.  I received the item in a timely manner and it was well packaged.  Knowing that this kukri is very old and an antique; yes-there were rust spots on the blade, yes-there was some small pitting on parts of the blade.  No-the blade was not bent; No-the blade was not chipped and neither was the point broken.  I submerged the entire kukri in mineral spirits for about 30 minutes.  I then took bronze and steel brushes, some medium to fine grit emery cloth, steel wool, and bronze scrub pads and cleaned up the blade and the metal part attaching the blade to the handle.  All this took about 4-5 hours.  What it turned out to be is a very nice display piece.  I'm sure if I wanted to use it, this kukri would work perfectly as it sharpened up very well.  All in all I am quite satisfied with this beautiful antique kukri!  Thank you Atlanta Cutlery!

Got my second one in July 4th sale. Very nice shape! Guess I have a "collection" now with 5 total! Look impressive as a group.
