This is a very comfortable and a well made Kepi. They seem to run a little large ,so if you want a tighter fit,I would get a smaller size, if your head is an in between like 71/4 -71/2,I'd buy for 73/8 a small hat. But it's well worth the great price !

Review of: Officer's Kepi - General
I've been looking for a quality officer's kepi for many years. I bought both US & CS versions and they are perfect in every respect. Nice wool fabric and quality braid/piping with appropriate buttons and leather brim & chinstrap. The XL size fits my big 7-5/8 head with just a bit of room to spare. There is a simple leather headband inside in case you need to pack for a tighter fit. It is a beautiful cap and well worth the price!!

I really like this cap. Visor is leather unlike other cheaper caps I've seen. I did wet the sides, being careful not to get the top board insert wet, and let dry on a foam mannequin head to get the proper slouch.
